Property Description

PLEASE NOTE FRIDAY 11/23 OPEN HOUSE CANCELLED! CHECK BACK LATER REGARDING SATURDAY 11/24. Rare opportunity to own a fabulous property at an affordable price. All the major exterior and mechanical components are in great shape, including a young roof, siding and windows, Trex deck, central air, central vac, generator and a smart hot water heater installed in 2025. What's left? The inside needs a serious refresh. New flooring, paint and lower level ceilings will make an immediate and dramatic difference. The original kitchen and bath are in good condition and offer the opportunity to update over time if desired. Cathedral ceilings on the entire upper floor add to the sense of space, and the home sits on a beautiful one-acre lot tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac with just four houses. Woods across the street and beyond the backyard create a peaceful, natural setting with plenty of privacy. This is not a move-in-ready home, but it IS a solid home with the costly improvements already behind you and tremendous potential to build quick equity through relatively straightforward interior updates. The home has town water and a 3 bed septic system. The two beds on the upper floor are spacious and there is a 3rd room on the lower floor that has been used as a bedroom with hanging clothes kept in a large armoire. This is an estate sale being sold as-is.
